Location: Near Dean’s Office, College building.
History : Department was established in 1947 along with department of Pathology under the administrative head of Dr Rosario. Dr Rosario was assisted by Dr Franklin who became lecturer in 1951. All Medicolegal works including postmortem and antemortem work was carried out by Medical Superintendent Office. Later on the separate department of Forensic Medicine was established in 1966 under the leadership of Dr K M More. He was assisted by Dr A A Qureshi, Dr Telang etc.
